Bayleaf Tree
I love the scent of bayleaf. Many are familiar with the herb in chili, but I also like it in crab boil and some chicken dishes. I have a few small trees in the yard and garden and they do well in the Alabama climate. They also survived a slightly below freezing event this past winter. I recommend considering buying a tree or two and planting in your yard. They like sun and generous water like most trees.
